Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide with the exception of a few countries.

Standard shipping takes about 15-20 business days during the regular season. In December and July, shipping times may take longer. If not in stock for any reason we will have to produce the set. Because our sets are made by hand it can take an additional 2-3 weeks before we are able to ship your order. Normally all sets are in stock except the ones with custom stitching.

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition and in the original box. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and we will replace it as soon as possible.

Returns are possible with PostNL but we don´t reimburse the shipment costs. Simply repackage the item, send us an email why you are returning the set, affix the adresslabel clearly on the box and after our approval send it back to us. After receiving the goods, our quality control department will check the items and will contact you for the credit note.
